Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or playing CyberBlade, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• — You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• — One person may not operate multiple accounts
• — Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold
• — Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

CyberBlade Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play CyberBlade for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All content, code, graphics, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Marcelo Dias.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• ✕ Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• ✕ Harassment, hate speech, or threatening other players
• ✕ Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• ✕ Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying game files
• ✕ Selling, trading, or auctioning accounts or virtual items for real money
• ✕ Impersonating CyberBlade staff or other players

CyberBlade may offer virtual currency (Neon Credits) and digital items for purchase.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge:

• — Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• — All purchases are final — no refunds except where required by law
• — We may modify, discontinue, or remove virtual items at any time
• — Virtual items are a license, not ownership — they revert upon account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms,
without notice and without refund. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@cyberblade.gg. Upon termination, your license to use the game ends and all virtual
items are forfeited.

CyberBlade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberBlade Studio is not liable for:

• — Loss of virtual items, game progress, or account data
• — Service interruptions, outages, or maintenance downtime
• — Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Neo Rio de Janeiro. For questions about these Terms, contact us at legal@cyberblade.gg.
